NBC – Isolation and Loneliness Plague Caregivers

In this short video, NBC highlights a woman who cares for her parents five nights a week. Not only is she a caregiver, but she has to manage her own household full time as well. According to an AARP report, this woman is among 42 million other family caregivers in the United States, many of whom feel overwhelmed and isolated. Oftentimes emotions such as  isolation and loneliness plague caregivers. In the video, AARP shares their research findings and points family caregivers in the right direction for support and resources.
